Felting makes me happy.....thanks for looking in my Etsy shop, I hope my feltwork makes you happy too

I have been feltmaking for 14 years now and enjoy teaching and demonstrating my craft. I exhibit regulary and sell my work direct through three or four shows a year. I take time and care when creating pieces and because of the labour intensive process of handfelting I do not mass produce. Each piece is different and made with love. Enjoy....

All items come from a smoke free, pet free home.( but I am an animal lover)

PAYMENT

I can only accept Paypal payments, Payment must be made at checkout. But if you cant pay immediately please let me know of delay.

POSTAGE
I always try to keep my postage to a minimum. Exchange rates may vary so I have reached a price that covers my post and packaging as closely as possible.

PACKING
I have just sourced good old fashioned rolls of brown paper and now wrap my parcels in this way where possible.

POSTING TIMES
I always aim to post on the next working day. Occasionally it may be two days depending when your order was placed. Bank holidays may make postal delays unavoidable and out of my control.

I always aim to make everything to the highest standards, the standard I would be happy with myself. If for any reason you receive a purchase which is not acceptable, please contact me on day of receipt to resolve the situation.
