Bio

Meghan Henley is a Tennessee based artist living and creating to make sure that everyone can afford to own an original fine work of art. She paints using her Sgraffito style (scraping away the paint once she has layered it onto the surface) so that the viewer can take part in the experience, engaging him or her in the actual painting process. Her passion for including the viewer is shown in her large oil works right down to the small acrylic and watercolor paintings she sells for sometimes less than $10. All works are signed originals. Meghan received a B.A. in Studio Art from the College of Charleston in SC with a concentration in Painting.
