My name is Russ Horvath. I have an MFA in painting, have been teaching art for over 10 years, and have exhibited in several galleries across the country. My work is mildly obsessive compulsive. I play the drums. I like to do the laundry. My wife makes a really yummy fake chicken pot pie and we have 3 cats and 2 dogs.

PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICIES

{ PAYMENT }
Please pay when you buy and buy when you are ready to pay. If you are paying with credit card through PayPal, please complete the transaction as soon as possible. If payment has not been made within 3 days and I have not received any word from you, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.

{ SHIPPING LARGE PIECES}
With the large paintings, the best and most cost effective shipping may depend on your location so please contact me prior to any purchases so that I can give you an accurate shipping quote. I am happy to use your preffered method of shipping if possible. If you are nearby, you may either pick up the painting or I can also possibly deliver for a small delivery charge.

{ RETURNS }
All requests for returns must be received via convo/email within 10 ten days following receipt of goods. If goods arrive damaged or do not match original order request customers will be refunded the full purchase price once goods have been received by us. Only in this case, will return shipping will be covered. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase the shop will offer a full refund (minus shipping) once goods have been received in their original, re-saleable condition.

{ SPECIAL REQUESTS }
Please let me know if there is something special that you need. A gift tag included with your item etc. I will try to fulfil any reasonable requests but you may want to contact me PRIOR to purchasing, simply to ensure that I can accommodate you. I am also happy to accept commissions so if you have an idea for a particular piece, let me know. I love a challenge!
