Bio

My obsession with stained glass began in 1991 when I took a class at a local studio. Now I have my own home studio and the time to create like I've always wanted to.

I am a lifetime Tennessean, the wife of a fire captain and the mother of 3 grown sons and one fabulous daughter-in-law. I have been a bank secretary, an administrative assistant, a skip-tracer and a forklift operator.

Nature inspires me and a lot of my suncatchers are flowers or birds or insects. Lately I've grown tired of using patterns, so I've been experimenting with glass roundels and geometric designs. I save all my scrap glass for mosaics and jewelry.
