Hi! Welcome to BlissByHeather. My goal is to design unique and trendy pieces that you won't find at the mall. I create and draft all of the patterns used for the purses and accessories in my shop. Happy Shopping!

---------- SHIPPING ----------
Please allow 1-3 days for your package to be dropped off at the Post Office. All items will be shipped via Canada Post's Airmail after payment has been received. Purses and larger items will be shipped using Canada Post's Small Packet Airmail. Estimated shipping time to the US is 6-10 business days. International shipping can take longer especially if a package gets held up in customs.

Unfortunately, I have no control over international customs and once a package leaves my hands I cannot guarantee that it will arrive within Canada Post's suggested timeline. Please note that seller is not responsible for any additional customs fees that your country may charge.

I always ship to the Etsy mailing address that is automatically emailed to me after you have purchased an item. If you have moved, please double check that this address has been updated.

Shipping prices may include the cost of packaging materials, Etsy listing fee and Paypal transaction fee.

Please note that I don't offer personal pick-up or drop-off service. All items are shipped via Canada Post.

I am happy to accept Paypal.

Please note that you DO NOT need a Paypal account in order to pay for an order using Paypal. You can also use a credit card such as Mastercard or Visa. During the checkout process please choose the Paypal option, you will then be given the choice to "sign-in" to your Paypal account OR type in your credit card information. Using your credit card or Paypal is a quick and safe way to pay for an item as the seller is not privy to any of your personal banking information.

Payment is due at time of transaction. Seller reserves the right to cancel the transaction if payment not received. Prices are in US$.

The colour of the fabric may look slightly different depending on your computer screen settings. Please feel free to send me an email if you have any questions about the colour of an item!

I do not accept returns, so please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about an item before you purchase it. I am happy to answer any questions that you might have regarding dimensions, materials or colours.
