**SHOP POLICIES**

*SHIPPING*

+ All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment (please note that orders using a Paypal e-check will ship within 2 business days of the check clearing).

+ All items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, unless requested otherwise. International orders will be shipped via International First Class Mail. Please be sure to contact me if you have any questions regarding shipping either before or after an item has been shipped.

*PAYMENT*

+ At present, the only method of payment I can accept is Paypal. Please be sure to complete all Paypal transactions as soon as you purchase your item. Any transaction not completed within 1 week will be reported to Etsy Admin and the item will be relisted.

*CUSTOM ORDERS*

+ I LOVE doing custom orders, so please convo me with any ideas you have!

+ For custom jewelry orders, I require payment before starting work on the custom piece. Once you have decided on exactly what you'd like, let me know and I'll list a Custom Order for you.

+ Please allow 2-3 weeks from payment for custom orders. Most orders can be completed more quickly, depending on the piece and my current volume. If you have a deadline, please let me know and I will do my best to work within those constraints.
