Bio

First and foremost I am a wife and mother- and I LOVE it! I married my best friend September 2006. <3 Our firstborn just turned 1, and I am due February 7th to have our second boy :) In my spare time (mainly nap time) I love love LOVE to create!

Growing up I was surrounded by various textures, colors, and material- I was encouraged to explore them to the fullest! My Mom has always been crafty and encouraged it in me too :) I remember sitting surrounded by piles of fabric while she was sewing a quilt for a friends new baby, pajamas for my brothers or a skirt for me! She would let me make little doll blankets and skirts with leftover material... I loved it! Mom could do anything! She loved life and I did too. :)

Thus - Wonderful Day Designs was born from a love for life. What a beautiful thing to be able to play with colors, patterns, and textures, and be able to merge them together creating something practical and pretty! Items that become fairly classic and simple - understated yet whimsical - that can bring a smile to any throughout the day.

Considered "happy" items, these products are made with much care for you, with prayers that these may bless the bearer. We hope that you too will relish today (this "wonderful day") from the Lord and use it to bless someone in a little way. It's as easy as sharing a smile!
