aMuseMents's Profile

Bio

Whatever the Muse inspires me to make, I must make. At the moment it's vintage inspired hats. In my grandmother's day you weren't fully dressed without a hat. She and her sisters owned a hat shop. It is to them, the Stine Sisters, independent and creative women, Laura and Mary, that I dedicate this. Meet my mannekins: Baby Doll, Miss Coco, Fiona and MiMi.
You will find 1920's style cloches (small or no brims), flapper styles, 1930s cloches, tams and berets and novelty styles.

I am also submitting for your perusal jewelry made from vintage lucite, celluloid, bakelite and whatever else they called thermoplastics back in the day. These are real vintage components made in mostly in Japan and Germany from the 1920s through the early 1970s. I have acquired them in good faith and can not garentee thier authenticity, but only present them as they have been presented to me. I have no reason to doubt their authenticity.

In the future, You might find microscope slide jewelry, bottle cap earrings, body care products or other flights of fancy. I can only guess what's next.

Please take a look.
