ABOUT MY WORK
I have been making Waldorf toys for my daughter since 1998. I've been sewing and doing other kinds of needle work and crafts for much longer than that.
I love this work! I really am most happy when I have a needle of some kind in my hands.

Most of my things are stitched by hand. I use almost all natural materials. My favorite material is 100% wool felt. It is beautiful, very sturdy and feels wonderful to the touch. I use all wool stuffing and cotton cloth.
I take great care with my work. I've been known to take something apart just because one little stitch wasn't just right.
I love adding special touches that make my creations irresistible to children, and adults.

MY LIFE
I live in a very, very small town in the mountains of Colorado, near Rocky Mountain National Park, at an elevation of 8400 feet (truly an Enchanted Forest.)

I homeschool my beautiful daughter; she is my greatest inspiration.
