After a long long LONG move from New Jersey to New England, I'm selling art online again. I'm thankful for the daily painting movement which is never out of my mind, PAINT TODAY.

In New Jersey I taught art and sold hand painted furniture, and very large scale paintings. I have sold literally thousands of pieces of my art by collectors globally through local shows, and online auction (100% feedback).

My usual painting style is loose and painterly, leaning towards abstract, but mostly impressionistic with familiar subjects. My palette is bold and colorful, but not necessarily high key. Because I am also a cook/baker, many of my subjects are food/chefs/.

As I'm sure you have read on many other places, all computer monitors are different, and the color on my own laptop is sometimes different from the painting, and different from the home computer. So, please take this into consideration. If you want, I would be happy to send you a sample of the colors in snail mail if the exact shades are essential. Though, I am one who never believed art must match home decor, but let it stand on it's own and be timeless.

A portion of the profits from my art goes to operation smile. For only 250.00 a child's life can be changed forever with corrective surgery. One of their statements is about healing humanity, and that touched my heart.

please convo me with any questions / offers.

One of my favorite quotes is from Degas:
"A painting requires a little mystery, some vagueness, some fantasy. When you always make your meaning perfectly plain you end up boring people." -- Degas
