Hey guys!

My name is Maryann and I'm a 21yr old double major at the University of Georgia in psychology and Spanish.

I've been working in the design world for about 6yrs now. Ever since I was 15 I've been working with my mom as a floral designer/"consultant". However, between my schoolwork and other responsibilities I now only work there on a call-in basis, usually on holidays or to do a special arrangement.

I've always had a knack for art and design and I love to find new ways to express myself artistically. Aside from flowers, I also enjoy webpage design, drawing, painting, or even just accessorizing a cool outfit...which leads me to how I got involved in making jewelry;)

Finding the perfect necklace or earrings is sometimes like finding a needle in a haystack. I would have an idea of what I wanted in my head, but it would take me hours of searching around in stores till I found something similar (and with a reasonable price!) Family and friends would also turn to me or advice in these matters and one day it just occured to me that it would be so much easier to just make it myself! So I started finding bead stores and reading magazines, after a bit of research I assembled my first couple pairs and after that I was hooked! I get alot of compliments on my jewelry, usually because of its bright, cheerful colors and fresh design. After a lot of thought and encouragement, I've finally decided to try my hand at selling some of my pieces online!

As with my floral designs, I strive to make sure each piece of jewelry is as wonderful and well-made as possible. I could never sell anything I wasn't personally attached to and proud of. It is also very important to me that my jewelry remain extremely affordable, yet still using the highest quality materials I can find.

--STORE POLICIES AND INFORMATION--

~ALLERGIES
I work in an entirely SMOKE-FREE enviornment

~PAYMENT

I STRONGLY prefer that you pay through Paypal, as I can send you your item immediately.

I will also accept personal checks or money orders and I will ship your item within 2 business days after it clears.

Other payment options are available for if I know you in person and you live in my general area. If this applies, just let me know and we can work something out:)

~SHIPPING (US)

I will ship your item(s) within 2 business days after your payment clears. Currently I only ship within the United States (however I have plans to expand soon!). I ship USPS First-Class and I always include insurance and delivery confirmation when available. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to either USPS Priority or Express Mail, just let me know and hold off paying until I've sent a revised invoice. I will happily combine shipping, all items must be purchased within a week and just tell me to hold of on shipping and request a new invoice when you're ready. For combined shipping, it will be the cost of the heaviest item plus $0.50 for each additional item. I will be sure to keep in touch at each step of the shipping process so you're never left wondering about the status of your order.

If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask! I check my mail VERY often, so I will be sure to respond ASAP!:)

~RETURNS
Currently I am unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, I will accept returns if either your item is damaged upon delivery, or the item was not as described or photographed in my listing. I've done my best to make my policies for returns as simple for you as possible:

Non-commissioned Items:

These may be returned within 15 days of shipment (post-marked and in the mail) if either the item was:

1.)Damaged upon delivery
2.)Not as pictured or described in my listing

If the case is #2, items must be returned in original condition. Please take care in making sure the item is shipped safely. I recommend reusing the original packing materials.

Custom Items:

Because so much extra time and effort goes into each custom piece and because they are made to your specifications, I will only accept returns if the item arrives damaged.

--If this is the case, please write me and let me know ASAP before shipping--

Please ship items back insured at the price in which your purchased them and hang on to your postal reciept for your protection as I cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the mail.

When I recieve the item, I will credit your payment plus 2x shipping to cover the return shipping costs through your original method of payment.

My goal is to make each purchase as positive an experience as possible. It means alot to me that you are willing to entrust me with your time and money and I will never sell anything that I don't believe is at its highest quality.

~CUSTOM ORDERS
For many of the pieces in my store I have noted that I can make them in different colors. If you are interested in having one of these pieces custom made for you, please e-mail me and I will be more than happy to do that! I will make sure to get your approval at each step of the process to make sure you are completely happy with the end result. Because it is custom, please understand that it will take extra time for me to order parts and for general communication to take place before you recieve your item.

If you would like to purchase an item that you no longer see listed, or see as having been sold, or would like to order a greater quantity of, please e-mail me as I may still have or be able to order the parts to make you a pair of your own!
