Hi! I'm Julie...a married mother of 2 boys from Credit River, Minnesota.

CREDIT RIVER ART GLASS is my new venture.

Having 2 creative older sisters to emulate, I was shading my coloring book creations by the time I was six! I've spent my entire life creating in one way or another. Drawing, painting, pottery, woodworking, stained glass, cake decorating, jewelry design...the list goes on. Professionally, I'm an interior designer. For the last 11 years I've been freelancing w/ other designers, designing & drawing (by hand) their custom furniture, cabinetry & other variously detailed fixtures.

As I get older, I've found myself searching for a creative outlet that not only keeps me busy (now that the kids are school age), but something that also feeds my soul! Who would've thought that GLASS & FIRE would be that something??

It makes sense... FIRE is pretty darned mesmerizing on its own... but then add to that GLASS. Beautiful, colorful glass. Molten. Manipulatable. Fabulous. When you walk away from your torch at the end of the day (with your family wondering what's for dinner & just as you are!! LOL), you have the distinct satisfaction in knowing that you've created these beautiful little works of art with your own two hands!! Talk about instant gratification!! :o)

CREDIT RIVER DESIGN COMPANY is my own "sister company" that separates the OTHER from the GLASS... gifts, jewelry, furniture, interiors. You'll find this OTHER (at least the gifts & "other" jewelry) in that section of my shop.

- I ship on Mondays & Thursdays.
- First Class shipping on BEADS $3.00 in the US & includes insurance & delivery confirmation.
- Larger [than beads] items will be shipped USPS Priority, insured & delivery confirmation for $6.25.
- International purchases will ship at cost. Leave a note on your purchase & I'll send you a revised invoice with updated shipping charges.
- I'll happily combine purchases to save on shipping.
