Welcome to my little world!

I get most of my inspiration from family. I am married to my wonderful husband, Ken, and we have two beautiful girls, Nikki and Emmi. So if you see a lot of girly items in my shop or notice that some of my favorite materials are ribbons, flowers and other girly girl items, now you know why! I also like to experiment with themes that I don't get to do much in my own personal papercrafting life. I like to read, watch movies, and listen to music in my spare time as well.

SHIPPING

I am willing to SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. If an international rate is not provided for an item, feel free to contact me for a shipping quote. Due to my current work schedule, I am only able to ship internationally on Saturdays, if time permits I will ship your item(s) sooner. Thanks for understanding!

I do COMBINE SHIPPING! If you need a combined shipping rate, feel free to contact me. If the amount paid for shipping is $1 or more than actual shipping, I will refund the difference.

Domestically, I ship first class for small items and priority mail for large items. Extra large or heavy items may also be shipped UPS or Fedex to save you money on shipping. If you need a shipping quote, feel free to contact me and I will get you a combined shipping rate.

I encourage the purchase of insurance as I am not responsible for items damaged by the post office. I take the utmost care in packaging my items, to prevent damage, but have no control after they leave my hands. Thanks for understanding!

PACKAGING

All items come packaged in either a ziplock style bag or cello sleeve to protect them from damage during shipment. Depending upon the item(s) they may also be packaged in bubble wrap, a box with peanuts, etc...

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

I really want your experience to be a good one here at Made with Love, so if you receive your item(s) and they are not to your liking then return them for a full refund within 10 days.

CUSTOM WORK

All custom work will need to be ensured with a 50% deposit of the agreed upon final purchase price. This enables me to purchase materials and other items needed to complete your project. The balance is due at the completion of your project and before your item can be shipped to you.
