Bio

Slack Buddha Studios is the artist/printer/printmaker/bookmaker/writer team of William R. Howe and L.A. Howe and is an outgrowth of Slack Buddha Press. The press was started in 2003 in Boston, and began by guerilla publishing a line of poetry chapbooks called "La Perruque Editions," as well as a line of performance books called "Four Finger Editions."

We are in the process of moving the Slack Buddha Press products to its own Etsy store this spring, where we shall sell the chapbooks, performance books, as well as letterpress books and some prints. Here in the Studios store, we shall sell handmade paper, other prints, handmade and handbound blank books and journals, greeting cards, t-shirts, and anything else we can think of that's fun for us to conceive of and make in our copious (not) spare time. Whatever is up is whatever we've got on hand, so keep checking back for extra copies of things, funky one-offs, and so forth.
