ABOUT ME:
I am a Registered, Master's Level, Art Therapist by training. I am also a wife and mother to 3 amazing children, all girls, 8, 6, and 2 years.

I have been quilting for about 8 years now but always loved quilts and love the feeling you get when you see an antique, handmade one that has been passed down through the generations and made with remnants of old clothes and wonderful memories. I remember a college roommate having a Dresden Plate pattern quilt on her bed that her grandmother had hand cut and hand stitched for her. It inspired me to make items with love and care for my family and others.

Being an Art Therapist and loving to sew I also want to share the love of this craft with school age children. So the Threadibility Craft Kits™ were born.

I have made many items for my home and wearables for my kids over the years and am often asked where I got such items. My response is always, "oh I made that myself". It gives me such joy to see their expressions and I want to share that feeling with children when they design and make their own creations as well. Being able to say, "I made it myself" is an empowering phrase for a 5-12 year old!!!
