Hi I'm a working mum from Sydney, Australia.

I make a range of scrapbooking products like greeting cards, guest books, canvases and photo albums.

POSTAGE

Postage and handling costs are kept to a minimum and are based primarily on weight and size. Costs are not inflated.

Scrap4U is happy to ship internationally. We include a country from each region/postal zone in the Postage section of each item's listing to help customers know what their costs will be. If you are unsure which zone you belong to, please convo us and we'll be more than happy to clarify things.

Zones are as follows:
* Australia
* New Zealand
* Asia/Pacific
* USA/Canada/Middle East
* Rest of the World

Customers will be notified of postage costs for custom made products in their quotes.

All postage costs are based on regular delivery by Australia Post. However, once posted we cannot take responsibility for items. Thus, if wanting item to be sent by certified mail for peace of mind, please enquire and we'll be happy to work out the new postage costs.

PAYMENT

Scrap4U accepts payment via PayPal. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to use this service. All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal.

Australian customers also have the option of paying by Direct Deposit. If wanting to use this method of payment, please email us for details.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Scrap4U is happy to say that all our customers have been thrilled with products that they have received. We liase closely with our customers through email so that they are a part of the creation process - and so the final product truly reflects the person that it is for.

However, should you order a product and not be completely happy with it, we will gladly refund your money within 14 days. The product will need to be returned during this time at the customer's expense.

If the product was made to order then a fee may also be deducted for materials used. We have to do this because the product will not be able to be re-sold.

If a product is faulty or not as described, then a full refund will be provided.

Please note that custom orders will need to be paid for upfront. Unfortunately, we need to do this to guard against those who are less than honest.
