Bio

Elizabeth Bonura, who began sculpting professionally after leaving a career in computer programming, is best known for her polymer clay cake toppers/portrait sculptures and art dolls. The five-foot life-size "bride’s cake" (where the polymer-clay-sculpted head and shoulders emerged from a 6 tiered cake) has brought her international acclaim! Her work has appeared on CNN, Inside Edition, countless news stories and in Inside Weekly Magazine. Elizabeth has appeared on HGTV's That's Clever!, and her art dolls have been published in several national magazines.

Elizabeth lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and son. She is currently teaching preschool part-time and sculpting part-time.
