Welcome to the land of Loopy. My name is Colleen Downs and I sculpt dolls. I have so much fun creating characters. Sometimes they are in my head before I begin, other times they come into being as I make them. I love quirky, odd, strange, creepy and eerie things.

My beloved city of New Orleans is a plethora of inspiration for me. I love the people, culture, music and vibe of this city. There is a history here that is embedded in the city and the residents know, love and embrace that history and the culture it has inspired. The essence of this city is very dear to my heart and motivates me creatively.



I am a self taught artist, working in sculpture for over 20 years. I have been showing and selling my work across the gulf coast for many years. My work has been really a collage of many medium, basically I use whatever works, Papier Mache, Paperclay, pulp, sculpey.

STORE POLICIES

Shipping
I ship items through the USPS using Priority Mail. I go to the post once or twice a week. Usually you can expect your package within 5-10 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - I am happy to ship my items overseas. A few things to keep in mind. I can send your item first class, it is much cheaper BUT there is no way to track or locate a lost or delayed International First Class Shipping package.
I can also send your item International Priority Shipping which is much more expensive but does offer some extra services, it's up to you, please let me know at time of purchase. If an Internationally shipped package is lost or delayed I cannot be responsible for items or shipping costs..basically once I take it to the post office it is out of my hands. I apologize for this but must make this a policy.
That being said, I have sent items internationally for over ten years and have never had a package lost. I have had packages that have been delayed, delayed as long as four months. So this is another thing to keep in mind for international buyers.

Keeping it Green - I try to use recycled packaging supplies. I do not add alot of promo paper into your order. If your package seems a bit bland it is in efforts to reduce waste and I would like my work to speak for itself!

Returns
My first and utmost goal is that you are more than happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item I will without question offer a full refund.
