Modern Reclamation is kind of an urban renewal for vintage furniture, accessories, etc. as well as a mix of new and handmade goods. I am always looking for comments and criticism of what you like and dislike about my items i am currently selling.

SHIPPING:
Orders will usually be shipped out 1-2 days after purchase assuming that all payment was done correctly. I do my best to ship as fast as possible, and even ship same day if possible.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES:
If you are looking into purchasing more than one item at a time, please convo me before buying so that I can combine shipping and make it as easy and affordable as possible for you the buyer.
RETURNS:
Items can be returned within one week of receiving the purchase with the buyer agreeing to pay the return shipping.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
If any customs may apply on arrival of the shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay and not the seller's.
