Thanks to my friend Terry (who turned me on to BoingBoing.net...which turned me on to makezine.com...which turned me onto craftzine.com...which turned me onto Etsy.com) and my mom and sister, I have finally decided to turn my crafting into a business.

Armed with my trusty Brother sewing machine (the best Christmas present ever) and an embarrasingly overused seam ripper, I try to make useful things for everyday life. As a big fan of versatility in my own life, I try to create items that can go from the office to the grocery store to a night club without missing a beat. Clean lines and beautiful fabrics make my design philosophy simple and classic. You won't find any of that uber-trendy, out of fashion in a month stuff in my shop! I figure if you are gonna spend the money on something, why not get some mileage out of it?

Though immediate payment is preferred, payment on all items is expected within 3 days of purchase.

*****COLORS*****
I make every effort to display and describe the color of my products accurately. But, everybody's monitor is different, so keep that in mind when ordering.

*****GIFT GIVING*****
If you would like to purchase a Sara Kate item as a gift for someone else, I will gladly ship it directly to the gift recipient. For an extra $3.00 I will gift wrap the item and send a little note card with the wording you provide. Please convo me if you are interested.

*****SHIPPING*****
All orders are shipped via USPS 1-3 business days after payment is received. Any custom orders will be shipped in 3-6 business days unless otherwise stated. So, keep an eye on your mailbox, it will be there shortly.

*****DAMAGES/REPAIRS*****
I stand behind all of my work! If you experience any problems with your purchase, please convo me and I will do my best to fix or exchange the item.

*****CUSTOM ORDERS*****
I am more than happy to do custom work. If there is a style you like but need a different size or want a different fabric, no problem! Simply convo me and we can work out an arrangement. Please note that custom work is usually associated with a slightly higher price and that custom orders are non-refundable.

*****RETURNS/REFUNDS*****
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Sara Kate purchase, returns are accepted within 10 days of shipment date. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Please convo me before returning the item. Upon receipt of the item (in original condition) I will refund the purchase price of the item to your PayPal account.
