1. Are your items handmade?
Yes, all items are made by hand (and sewing machine) in my home studio. I live in a smoke-free home with one other human, a cat, and a dog.

2. Do you accommodate custom orders?
Yes, on a limited basis. Please convo me if you have ideas, requests, or if there is a particular bag you'd like in a different color/fabric/size. Because I am the sole designer/sewer, and I spend at least 40 hours a week away from my studio working at my day job, special orders and requests might take a week or two.

3. Why milligear?
Milli is my dog, and the initial concept for the company was accessories for dogs and their people. So far the canine accessories have not been developed, but may appear in the near future.

4. What is the milligear logo?
Milli is a terrier mix, and the logo is a stylized version of the crazy tuft of fur between her eyes.

5. If I'm not happy with my milligear purchase, what should I do?
Please send me a message and I will replace or repair your bag.

6. I like my bag, but it would be so much better if...
Feedback is encouraged. Please let me know if you have suggestions for improvement.

7. I want to buy several bags. Are discounts available?

8. Does milligear ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes, please convo me for rates outside of the U.S.
