I'm a knitter who likes to play with fiber at all the various stages of becoming a finished object!

All yarns are purchased "as is". Every effort has been made to accurately represent the color and content of each hank and the buyer is responsible for reading this information prior to purchase.

Return/Refund Policy: Returns and refunds are at my full discretion *ONLY* and must be accompanied by full documentation with thirty (30) days of purchase. Documentation is to include 1) original receipt (printed from either PayPal or Etsy is acceptable) with purchase date clearly highlighted/circled (unaltered screenshot may be accepted, date stamped photo preferred); 2) date stamped photographs of merchandise for which the claim is made in the camera's original, *native* format (ie: jpg, nef, tiff); 3) a full written description of the merchandise's condition upon arrival AND the specific complaint leading to the request of return/refund (email is acceptable). If documentation is not received in a timely manner no return/refund will be issued. It is regrettable that there are an unethical few who make such a strict policy necessary, so it is the buyer's responsibility to be familiar with these terms before committing to purchase.

All yarns are stored and processed in a smoke-free, pet-free environment. I dye with professional grade dyes which are light-fast and bleed resistant.

All orders are shipped FedEx ground within seven business days (not including state and federal holidays) of payment. When a customer pays via check, PayPal does not release those funds to the seller until the bank releases the funds to PayPal. Therefore, any customer paying by check will have their order shipped within seven business days (not including state and federal holidays) following PayPal's release of funds to the seller.
