“Common Sense”
Ok boys and girls here are the “rules” for our store. I have been mulling over how and what to put down for too long. There will not be any “legalize” here. The policies for this store will follow the above title “Common Sense”. Please use it if you shop!!
1. Ask ALL questions before you buy. If you are unsure of size, material, color, (ect) Just ask.
2. Most of our products are made of fabric. The boxes and bowls ARE NOT wet food safe. Do not think you can enjoy your morning cereal in them! Popcorn and chips WILL leave behind oil spots for example. Also with being fabric they may stain depending on what you put in them. They are home décor pieces. We recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth. We ARE NOT responsible for what your washing machine does to the item. DO NOT use fabric boxes and bowls for candle holders. Do I really need to explain why?
3. The Aroma Plush ARE NOT candles. Yes they have been dipped in scented wax, but they do not have a wick and WILL catch fire if you try to light one. The Aroma Plush ARE NOT toys anymore! The plush have been dipped in a soy wax, essential oil blend, they are no longer for JR. to drag behind him in the supermarket. The plush come with grease proof doilies. Keep them on these or change it to something of your choice. Once again, they have been dipped in a wax, oil blend. DO NOT place them on a stainable surface. We ARE NOT responsible for Great Aunt Mable’s antique credenza!!
4. We ship using USPS and UPS. We ARE NOT in the delivery truck with them. We will send tracking information if available to inform you of the progress of you package. We CAN NOT guarantee delivery time. DO NOT expect to order on Christmas Eve and find your package under the tree in the morning. Shipping is non-refundable.
5. We will accept returns and give refunds on products that have been damaged due to shipping. If “Spot” uses an item as a chew toy we WILL NOT replace it for free or issue a refund. If you find that you do not like an item let us know IMMEDIATLEY upon receiving it. We use delivery confirmation on the packages we send. We will know when you get it. Notify us within 48hours if you have concerns. We will accept returns on items ONLY if you contact us in that time frame. You WILL know if you like it or not within 2 days. We will refund the price of the item(s), minus shipping cost, if you follow above procedure only!! We WILL NOT pay for return shipping.
6. PLEASE USE COMMON SENSE in your shopping at our store and in life general. We appreciate your business and want your shopping experience to be a happy one.
