***PAYMENT***

Jeweled Monkey's preferred form of payment is Paypal. I may be able to accept Money Orders on large orders but not during the Holidays. Please convo me first if you need to pay with a money order.

Payment is due within three (3) days of purchase. After the three days, I will send you a reminder. If there are issues that would delay your payment further, please let me know and I will try to work with you. If I do not hear from you, the transaction will be reversed.

***SHIPPING***

I ship items within two business days of payment (Monday-Friday). If there is a delay in shipping, I will note the delay in the Shop Announcement.

As always, our orders are carefully packaged for safe travel and domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation.

Insurance is available upon request, please let me know before you make the purchase so the shipping price can be adjusted.

Please convo me if an item does not arrive within 10 business days or if there are any problems with your order. If you ever have questions or concerns please let me know, I am easy to work with. I always try to accommodate any requests.
