hello world press is the work of kathryn rotondo.

i am a software developer who cannot stand the idea of a paperless world. i love the digital life, but i also adore a sweet, unexpected note in the mail.

once upon a time i lived in france and wrote amazingly long letters to my friends back in the states. i loved the feeling of potential i would experience walking into a papeterie, imagining the letters i would write on those beautiful papers.

my gocco screenprinted stationery and blank notes often use victorian imagery that recalls a time before email. i alternately use my digital life as inspiration for fresh, modern greetings.

PAYMENT
i accept payment via paypal in $US. payment must be made in full and cleared before items are shipped. if you have any difficulty using paypal, let me know and i will do my best to help!

SHIPPING
i ship via USPS within two days for non-custom orders. custom orders are shipped the day after the ink is dry, within five days after we agree on the design.

flat cards are shipped in a sturdy cardboard mailer. custom stationery is shipped in larger bubble mailer, carefully wrapped in protective layers. i reduce the cost of shipping for multiple items ordered together.

if your etsy and paypal addresses differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” during checkout. if you do not notify me and i cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment i will ship the item to the address furnished in etsy.

RETURNS
if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me quickly and i'll see what i can do to make it right. returns are handled on a case by case basis, and must be returned in their original packaging.
