ABOUT THE BEADS}
Each one is digitally kiln annealed - heated and slowly cooled - to make them as strong as possible, and I take care to thoroughly clean the bead release out of the holes.

WHEN WILL I GET IT?}
Your order will arrive in a gift box inside a padded envelope via the trusty US Postal Service approximately 3-5 days after payment is received. If you are outside the US, I will contact you to let you know when to expect your order.

RETURNS}
I want you to be happy with your beads and enjoy them for years to come! If something happens between here and where you are, contact me immediately so I can replace it with a comparable item or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
