My work mostly consists of the connections between feeling, texture and color.....
Line & Form cluster together creating sensory perceptions presented in layers of fabric, paper, paint and thread......and sometimes clay....
I am self taught in every medium.

I was raised in a small town in Texas, am an American citizen and Canadian permanent resident...I love having the gift of experiencing the two sides of this border being grateful for the rich life it has given me.
I live in a small mountain town with my boys and one cat, eat a terrible amount of ice cream and enjoy reading science journals and biographies and listening to CBC radio.

Intuitively I stitch as a meditative state connecting me to the many before who built lives around the stitch.

I combine fabric, painting, collage and stitching to create works presented on mostly cloth and canvas.

Never am I contained or satisfied with one medium or material and move freely between a wide range of projects...

My work has been published in books, magazines and continues to show in galleries all over North America.
