Yep, I needed a second shop too--my handmade jewelry components were taking over the other shop--duet.etsy.com.

So, I'm Candace, and I am here to serve the needs and wants of my fellow jewelry artisans:) Please see below for my FAQ and store policies.

Are your silver wires sterling silver?

---yes, all of my silver ear wires are made of sterling silver.

What gauge is the wire you use?

--I use 20 gauge wire for all of my ear wires. I find this gauge is strong and light enough for majority of people to wear.

Are your wire ends finished?
--I have a three step process to ensure that all of my ear wires are smooth and burr-free. I would not sell an ear wire to you that I wouldn't wear myself, and that means No Sharp Edges.

I don't see a variety pack that suits my needs, can I make a specific request?

--you can always convo me with specific variety pack requests. I will determine if I can make it for you and get back to you as soon as I can.

Do you take really large orders? Can I get a discount?

--There may be times when I can accept a really large order (say, 50 pairs or more) but there will be certain requirements (prepayment, more time, etc) that will be discussed before your order is finalized. I cannot give discounts on larger orders, as my prices are already as low as I can make them.

Can you oxidize silver or give copper an aged look?

--I sure can, and at no extra cost to you! Just let me know if you want any, all, or part of your order oxidized.

I really want a bead pack you have listed, but I need a matching clasp, too. Can you make one for me?

--99% of the time, yes, I can, for an additional cost.

I love these coiled beads, but I need them in a different size/amount. Can you make them that way for me?

--Ask! I will let you know as soon as possible if I can meet your needs, and most of the time, I can.



~~~~Payments~~~
I accept PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks, and Google Checkout. If you would like to use Google Checkout, please choose *Other* as a payment option, and send me a note asking for invoice. I will then send you an invoice and you can pay by credit card. Items paid for by money order or cashiers check will not ship until I have received payment.

~~~Shipping~~~
Orders shipped to anywhere in North America are sent First Class. Insurance is added at no cost to you for anything totalling over $50.00. I am happy to upgrade your shipping method, if you are agreeable to the extra cost.

Orders shipped outside of North America are shipped by Air Mail. If you'd like to upgrade to Global Priority, just let me know so I can send you a revised invoice.

~~~Returns and Lost Item Policy~~~
Returns and refunds will be evaluated on a case by case basis. I'm more likely to accept a return within a few days of you receiving your order, so if you need to contact me about it, please do so as soon as possible.

If you want insurance on an order under 50.00, request it. Otherwise, I cannot be held responsible for the mishandling of the USPS.
