Q: So what is Flapper Girl?
A: Flapper Girl is my line of accessories and other fabulous creations. I guess I would describe my style as a little retro, cute, fun, and well-crafted.

Q: Why did you choose the name Flapper Girl?
A: I took the name Flapper Girl for my business because I have always loved the sassy gals of the 1920s, and take inspiration from their fun, sexy photos, in which their rebellious attitude shines right through.

Q: Where can I buy your stuff?
A: A good place to start is my Etsy page (Hey! You're already here!). I am currently working on filling an order for Presents of Mind, that lovely gift shop on SE Hawthorne here in Portland. You can also find out which craft shows I'll be at by befriending me on MySpace.

Q: Who are you?
A: I've always been a creative person. I love to write, play drums, and sew. I also dabble in photography and decoupage (I love making collages). Some of you might know me as the drummer for The Jolenes. I also co-host a musical podcast show called Pure Pod for Now People.
