Bio

My name is Valerie and I live in Orinda, California with my husband and our two cats, Princess and Pirate. Princess thinks she would be better suited as a parrot, and is desperately trying to learn how to perch on a person’s shoulder, where as Pirate feels he has talent in the culinary arts and spends all day making delicious soup using his toys and water bowl.
Personally, I spend most of my time reading and making little things. I’ve spent the majority of my life as a painter and attended the California College of the Arts, but my heart belongs to print and book making.
