I am a 24 year old lady who lives with her Husband and two rats: Crouton and Salacious Crumb [Salty for short]. I've owned rats for a few years and have yet to find a better companion! They are such wonderful, loving creatures who have made me a better person.

On Mar 27th 2007 we lost our oldest rat Mayonnaise [that is him in my avatar/logo]. He was almost 3 and had to be put to sleep because he was so very sick and old. Recently, our second oldest rat Nugget had to be put to sleep on May 21st 2007. He lost a brave battle with a respiratory infection. I dedicate my Etsy page to them. They have inspired me in ways no other person or animal could. <3

Part of my goal is to one day open a real life version of The Bruxing Rat here in Victoria, British Columbia and fill it with safe, hard to find things [around these parts anyways] like: wodent wheels, aspen bedding, suitable safe rat cages, homemade rat food mix, handmade hammocks, and other items. This is just a starting place for me and I couldn't be more excited!

I basically work too much, sleep not enough and spend time off crafting and drinking excess amounts of tea and watching movies non-stop.
