Hi.... Welcome to Kidlet Connection. This is a shop for children's clothing and accessories. It is run by DreamWoven (DreamWoven.etsy.com). All of my items are handmade, by me in a variety of textiles.

Store Policy:
Each of my items is handmade. It is not something you can buy in a store. I also do not conduct business like a 'store'.

I add insurance on all of my packages on any item over $20 and I add Delivery Confirmation on all of my U.S. packages as well. I never charge a customer for these things.

I do not offer refunds on my items unless my description is faulty or I have misrepresented myself and if that has happened, I will refund your money, less shipping after the return of my item, in the same condition as it left my hands originally.

Should an item arrive damaged or not arrive at all because of the U.S. mail, we will both need to contact the US Postal Service and begin proceedings to kick the insurance into place so that neither of us takes a loss.

I have never had a need to write up store policies in all the years I have been selling, but due to some of the Etsy guidelines, they have encouraged all sellers to put Store Policies into place.
