Hi~~~I have been crafting and creating since the day I got my first coloring book. Who says the sky has to be blue? I liked to make mine orange. The day I learned to sew was when I was earning my sewing badge in Girl Scouts. I was ten and I have never looked back. I have always been inspired by what I believe is good design from the Eames furniture in the house where I grew up (which was designed by my architect dad) to something as mundane as the thing that measures your feet in a shoe store (called a Brannock Device). Good design comes from everywhere and everything. I translate my love of design and vintage items (many of which are from my childhood!) into new and useful items: Totes, purses, pin cushions, and corsages.
In my other life I am a wife (of 21 years) and a mother to a young teen (and future CEO of Microsoft or Lucasfilm).
