I first learned to sew when I was just a little girl. My first project was a bright yellow fuzzy pillow. Oh yeah, it was that pretty. I think my mom still has the pillow. But it wasn't until my mother-in-law gave me an unexpected sewing machine that I actually fell in love with sewing. It was the best Christmas present I didn't even know I
wanted!
I like to try my hand at all types of projects, and have just recently caught the quilting bug.

I am blessed to stay at home and raise my two fabulous children, with one more on the way. I am grateful that I have a husband who doesn't mind my fabric and sewing fetish! I love each item I create and I hope you will, too.

Life can get hectic and overwhelming sometimes trying to meet all my responsibilities and obligations. When it does, this is what I fall back on: Be still, and know that I am God. Psalm 46:10
