the nitty-gritty:

I combine shipping- it's automatically calculated when you put items in your shopping cart, if something doesn't seem right on your etsy invoice- let me know.

I use clean, recycled packaging whenever possible. I'm trying my best to help reduce the landfill problem, one bubble mailer at a time ;).

I ship to the address you provide ETSY, if you'd like your goodies shipped elsewhere, contact me at the point of sale.

I'll send you a confirmaton e-mail when your goodies have shipped (usually within 24-72 hours). If you haven't heard from me, please feel free to drop me a line. Communication is key! :)

I will happily add insurance to your package, just contact me. (A little disclaimer: I package everything with love & care, but if you do not purchase insurance, I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service.)

I accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The item(s) must be returned in their original, unused state. The item(s) price will be refunded. I do not refund shipping costs.
