Wikipedia describes "ephemera" this way: "Ephemera is transitory written and printed matter, not intended to be retained or preserved."

All good and well but I have been an avid collector of such material for many years and I've always incorporated such images into my daily life. I have discovered that there are ways to make these pieces more "permanent" which will allow us to enjoy them for decades to come.

I'm discovering new and unique ways of using these images on a variety of items including adult & childrens' clothing as well as purses, accessories, home decorating items and much more. I am able to transfer these images directly to cloth which is then sewn into a variety of items. This allows me to make items for everyone in the family that are comfortable and unique without the stiff feel of an iron-on transfer. Unless otherwise noted, each clothing piece is machine washable. I love incorporating vintage items like buttons or ribbons, lace or tassels.
