After spending a year as a body care buyer, I saw tons of products go in and out of the store. However, I was unhappy with products that would only work for a short period of time. Years later, Dandy was born.

Now located just south of Seattle, Dandy body care aims to offer high-quality, small - batch items that are vegan friendly and use 100% essential oils.

Payment
Payment is accepted by PayPal. All payments must be paid in full and clear before the item ships.

Shipping
- All items are shipped USPS within 24 – 48 hours after payment clears (not including weekends).
- I am more than happy to ship your items gift wrapped. In the “message to sender”, let me know if you would like the item wrapped and a card included. There is no charge for this service.
- Please confirm your address in the “message to sender”. If I don’t hear from you, I will assume the address listed on Etsy is the correct address and will ship there.
- I will send a confirmation email when the item has shipped. If you have not received your items after 10 business days, please contact me so we can track the package.

Returns
As these are body care products, returns are difficult. All returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All returns must be unopened and in the original packaging. Also, when returning an item, please provide a way to track the package (delivery confirmation, waybill number, etc.)

Feedback
Feed back will be left as quickly as possible. We understand feedback is essential to future business as both as buyer and a seller.

Non-payment
Non-payment is bad for both buyer and seller. If you change your mind about your purchase, please let me know and we can either cancel the transaction or begin the refund process. NO harm, NO foul. However, if payment is not received within 3 days of purchase and there has been no communication I will consider it“non-pay” and will leave negative feedback. If you are having problems with payment, let me know and we can work out an alternative arrangement.
