Turn Around and Shipping- Orders are typically shipped out within two business days. All domestic (US) orders are shipped USPS Priority (to keep shipping low on small items such as a single tube of lip balm, First Class shipping will be used) with delivery confirmation.

International Buyers- International orders will be shipped USPS Airmail. Please allow six weeks for international orders to arrive. Unfortunately, many things may slow down the shipping time (customs, etc.) If you do not receive your order after six weeks of shipment notification, please e-mail me at ReciprocityInfo [!at] yahoo.com or convo me on Etsy so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Refunds and Returns- If your order goes missing a refund will be issued, less shipping and handling cost. Returns will be accepted for unused/unopened products within thirty days of being shipped. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Sales Tax- A 6.875% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to New Mexico. Paypal will automatically charge this amount.
