Bio

I am a New Zealander who moved to Melbourne for love.

I paint, I make jewelery and I have recently started to make lampwork beads.

have been selling my paintings since 1999 when I launched a website to display my work (www.deevaa.com), this site combined with a daily online journal (‘Random Musings of an Almost Artist’) has lead to many international sales, with paintings now hanging as far afield as Germany, Italy, Canada and America.

My jewelery and lampwork beads are admired for my use of simple shapes and unusual colour combinations.

I'm addicted to cooking shows and coffee, and like to create in my pyjamas.

If I had to describe myself in one word it'd be 'Quirky.'
