Bonjour! My name is Danielle and I work here at Etsy. I'm in charge of Seller Education here at Etsy and I organize the programming for Etsy's Virtual Labs ( http://etsy.com/virtual_labs.php ), write the Etsy Success newsletter ( http://mailinglist.etsy.com ), and assist Etsy Teams.

Before working for Etsy, I was a jeweler and ran an Etsy shop full time (I almost hit 1,000 sales before Etsy hired me!). I sold work in 30 galleries and boutiques worldwide and taught classes in goldsmithing, acrylic plastic and metal etching. (I'm currently teaching occasionally at 3rdWard.org, here in Brooklyn.)

Before diving into the Etsy world, I've run large jewelry boutiques and studios in Toronto and Detroit, and even had my own gallery here in Brooklyn for a while.
