Hi, I am JoJo, a stay at home mom of 4 cats & 2 dogs and a fabric-holic. I have a very supportive husband, so I can stay home enjoying sewing and crafts. I got my first sewing machine from my mother-in-law and fell in love with sewing & quilting ever since. That sort of opened the door to the crafting world for me. Being crafty can be very costly, therefore, I decided to sell some of my crafts and get some funds to support my fabric buying hobby.

Store Policy:

**Shipping/Handling**

-Orders within the states will be shipped via First Class Mail (if items are less 13oz) or Priority Mail within 2 business days after payment is received. It should only take 2-5 business days to deliver to your door. Each order is shipped with delivery confirmation and w/o insurance. If you would like to get your order sooner or insured, please contact J's Studio at jojo4cats[at]gmail[dot]com before checkout.

-International orders will be shipped via Global Airmail / International First Class Mail w/o insurance. If you would like to upgrade the shipping method, please contact J's Studio at jojo4cats[at]gmail[dot]com before checkout.


**Payment**

-All items are listed in US dollars.
-I will accept Paypal and Money Order.
-I will also accept payment through Google checkout. Please select Other Payment method when checking out, I then will email an invoice to your Etsy confirmed email address.
Orders won't be processed until the payment is cleared.


**Exchanges/Refunds**
At this time, J's Studio is still just me working in my lovely and stuffed sewing room. Therefore, I can't accept returns like department stores. However, I can assure you that every item is carefully crafted. In any case that you are not happy with your merchandise, please contact me. I will see to how I can fix it up for you.
