Bio

I am a Japanese freelance web designer but I found myself fascinated with photography, digital collage and design.

I was born in Japan. I moved to the U.S. to earn B.A. degree after working as a clerk at a company in a city near Tokyo region for 4 years.

While I attended CSU, I luckily got to meet Japanese American photographer Masumi Hayashi (1945-2006). I was trained by her for 3 years prior to web design career.

I have been practicing B&W photography, panoramic photo collage, digital photo collage and even drawing and Japanese calligraphy. So far, I've participated in some juried group at show once-a-year base. A couple of my works (photo collage) belong to private collections.

The printer I use is a professional printer "Canon PIXMA Pro9000" with ChromaLife100*. Photo papers are mostly 8.5 x 11 inches Hahnemuhle fine art inkjet paper (acid-free).

Also, I use the best and most reasonable local printer I can think of. Most of prints printed on Fujicolor crystal archive paper are from that local printer.

* ChromaLife100: Canon's archival ink pigment technology, which prints last for 100 years under the certain condition such as right temperature, humidity, and gas conditions.

+++ SHIPMENT +++
Print is generally prepared in a cellophane protective sheet covering with a tracing paper and backing the piece with a rigid board. It's shipped by USPS first class mail in USPS business days unless stating "priority mail".
Please allow up 2 days to prepare a shipment.
