Bio

I've been painting and drawing most of my life, starting with formal lessons when I was 9 with Ruth, who was part of a great art cooperative in Cheshire, CT. I use all mediums, but you can find me mostly using oils.

I picked up photography while in high school, where I used an old 35mm and spent a fair amount of my time in the basement dark room. Now I mostly carry my digital camera.

While I wish I had more time devote to painting and photography, I am lucky to work at Etsy in Business Operations where I sometimes escape my day to day and get to excercise my right brain in the labs. You can also find me under my admin name bethela.
