Welcome to cha cha. Here you will find one of a kinda hand crafted handbags. I make each and every bag in my Toronto studio starting by drafting all my own patterns and sew every single stitch. Almost every bag is made to order so every cha cha bag is made especially for you with love.

PAYMENT
Please be sure to pay at the time of purchase. If you are having any problems paying please contact me. I will be more than happy to help you.

If there is no payment OR CONTACT within 3 days of purchase the seller has the right to void transaction and re-list the item at will.

SHIPPING
Most bags are made to order and will be shipped within 7 business days.

Items are shipped standard mail unless otherwise requested by the customer. Faster shipping methods are available upon request. Tracking and insurance is standard on every purchase over $145.

RETURNS
Returns will be accepted if I am contacted within 3 days of receiving. Returns are only accepted if items show no signs of use or damage. You will be refunded in the way that you paid minus shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

CHA CHA is not responsible lost or damaged packaging.
