Interesting fact...I actually don't really like cats. I'm just not an animal person, you could say. "Kat" comes from my name, Katie. And I like the graphic element of the cat, so you'll sometimes see them in my work, especially things I make for children. But, being "not an animal person", you'll find my items free of pet-hair, created in my home studio (AKA formal living room...who needs formal living...we're really more of a family room family...and sewing has to belong somewhere...right?).
