* SHIPPING: I ship via USPS first class mail. Most of my items are custom made. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for handling after payment has been received and 3-10 business days for delivery. If you would like to purchase an upgraded shipping or insurance, please let me know and I will send you the modified invoice.

* INSURANCE: is encouraged, however not required.

* PACKAGING: I believe in Reuse, Reduce and Recycle. I may reuse bubble mailers or package boxes, if available.
