Wholesale Policies: I am glad to provide any item to wholesalers at a reduced cost. I do require a state retail sales license or tax ID and business license. The minimum order for wholesalers is $50. Please contact me for pricing.

Commission Policies: I am happy to do stained glass and mosaic custom work! If the item you desire is "substantially similar" to an item I already sell, there is a 10% additional charge over the list price of the similar item. "Substantially similar" means that the cost of materials and the amount of work that goes into the creation of the piece is pretty much the same. Anything not substantially similar will be priced on an individual basis.

If the total charge for the custom piece is over $10, I require 50% of that price prior to the creation of the item.

Store policies: I strive to provide the best possible customer service I can. I am happy to answer any questions or create custom pieces.

Items ship within two business days of recieving cleared payment. If for some reason an item does not arrive to you, or arrives in poor condition, I will be happy to refund you the cost of the item. I am also willing to substitute a similar item, but please realize that all of my artwork is one of a kind, and a similar item will not be exactly the same.

All pieces in this store are original designs by Merritt Chandler, and are subject to U.S. copyright law.

Return Policy:

I will do my best to make sure that you receive exactly what you want, and that online listings give an exact representation of the item. Pictures will be of the exact item you will receive unless otherwise specified. However, I do understand that some times you may wish to return an item.

In order to accept a return, I require that you contact me, either via email or the online shopping system, prior to returning the item to me. I will do my best to make sure that you receive exactly what you want.

I am happy to replace or refund purchase price and shipping for any item that arrives to you damaged or in less than perfect condition.

If you feel that the item was in any way misrepresented, I will be willing to refund money for that as well. However, if the item is appropriately described in the listing and photographed properly, and you change your mind after recieving the item, I am willing to refund the purchase price but I cannot return your shipping.

I'm a member of the Society of American Mosaic Artists (SAMA), Etsy Mosaic Artists (EMA), and Etsy Glass Artists(EGA).

I'm in my early twenties, and realized that once I got out of school, the whole work thing wasn't as great as I thought it would be. My art has become my creative outlet, and something I'd like to be able to do professionally one of these days.
