Bio

Every piece of jewelry is handmade by me, Cynthia Del Giudice in my studio located in the Argentine Pampas. I handcraft my designs in sterling silver, copper, brass, and other non-conventional materials such as recycled plastic. I also like to use different patinas and textures. I make a wide range of pieces, from rustic and raw to feminine and delicate.

My designs are inspired on life experiences and things that surround me. After years living in Los Angeles, CA where I was engaged in the study of art, sculpture, and later jewelry making, decided to return to a rural home about 100 km from the city of Buenos Aires in what we call the Pampas and set up my jewelry studio.

I consider myself, among other things to be an environmentalist, and try to re-cycle and re-use as much as possible. This is how my "Fused Plastic" collection was born. It is a environmentally friendly and beautiful way to use plastic bags. As delicate as they seem, they are very durable pieces of jewelry, that will last more than a lifetime. After all, doesn't plastic last hundreds of years?
