Bio

I thought I would share a little bit about myself and my work with you. I live in a small town in Northeasterm Pennsylvania. I am married and a mother of a very entertaining 4 year old boy.
I went to college to study art and concentrated in fibers earning my BFA. My study with fibers greatly influences my work as a polymer clay artist. My favorite mediums to work in are polymer clay and wire. I was making glass beads before I used polymer clay...I switched to polymer clay because it allowed for more control of my designs. My glass bead making influenced the technique I use in polymer clay. I think of the technique I use as an applied embroidery technique.
My beads and jewelry are little pieces of art to wear and adorn the body. They are little tokens of beauty that relay their energy to the wearer...or that's my hope and intentions. I want the wearer to feel elegant, beautiful and confident with a splash of old-fashioned goodness.
