Hello!
After the birth of my son Henry in 2003, I found I was getting discouraged by all the kid’s clothing that had gigantic logos parading across the front. Why should my baby be an advertisement for a giant corporation? I had a vision of a t-shirt with a vintage image, like a chicken, parading across the front.
I never did find the chicken, but I did come across a Scientific American from 1890 that was chock full of antique images. I use my Gocco printer to hand-print each image on each onesie and t-shirt. I’m proud to use shirts from American Apparel – they’re quality is unsurpassed. Nice and thick and long-wearing!
Eli was born in 2006, and Zuzu in 2008, and all three kids have been happy test wearers for all the designs. After many, many washings, the images are still bright and clear and haven’t faded at all. Blueberry stains are another story…
I will send the shirts via First Class mail. I'm also happy to send things Priority Mail -- most items will be $4.60. If you're interested in Priority, just let me know what you are looking at, and I can weigh the package and will let you know what it will cost.
If you have any questions at all, please convo me. I’m happy to help! See more information about me at my website: http://worldofjulie.com.
